ABBA - same
Posted by Britt Johansen, 17/04/2007 09:20
A very catchy and uplifting album, in my opinion with all their greatest songs. I love it!
There's no doubt that Andersson & Ulvaeus has an unique musicality and cleverness to perform it, and Stikkan really had a nose for good music.
I cannot find a boring tune on this record!
The highight, however, is SOS - #4 on the A-side.
This album keeps a very high standard - it seems meaningless to talk about "the average".
The unique ABBA sound is also made by Frida and Agneta and the technichans who makes this slightly "out-of-pitch-sound" that gives the songs a very rich finish.
